Creating a Job

  1. Choose the category you need,

  2. Enter a few details about your job, and

  3. Zaarly will match you with the best business for your job.

The more details you provide, the better the match and the faster the project will go!

Zaarly Service Providers are expected to reply within 3 hours (9a-5p). So you won’t be waiting long for a reply!

When we have multiple options for you, we make it easy to send your job to them as well.

Zaarly Businesses

All Service Providers on Zaarly are carefully vetted. Each business must complete a 9-step process, including:

No business can pay to join, pay to change a review, or pay for good placement.

Businesses who partner with Zaarly choose to be held to a higher standard. They are trusted long-term partners who do great work for homeowners.

Managing a Job

Send a message to your Service Provider. Ask questions, request a quote, or go straight to scheduling an appointment.

Zaarly staff checks in on every job to confirm that your project is progressing. If there’s a way for us to be helpful, you’ll hear from us. Keep all communication on Zaarly to keep our Guarantee valid. This all enables us to do our jobs – ensuring a great experience.

Set an appointment to be sure you and your Service Provider have the same expectations. You will get reminders before the appointment.

When you schedule appointments through Zaarly, you are covered by our $100 No-Call No-Show Policy. If a Service Provider misses your appointment, and does not give 1 hour notice, you will get $100 cash. Read details here.

Pay through Zaarly

After you contact a Service Provider, put a Credit Card on file. (Payment information is kept with Stripe, under military-grade encryption.) When a Service Provider sends an invoice, you will have 24 hours to cancel the charge.

After 24 hours, the invoice is paid by the Credit Card on file. You won’t be charged until work is complete. (Unless you agree to place a deposit, which is common.)

Every project completed through Zaarly is covered by the Zaarly Guarantee, up to $10,000. To be sure you are covered by the Guarantee, keep all messages and payment through Zaarly. If we can’t trace the events or verify the payment, we can’t guarantee the work!

Write a Review

Write an honest review about your experience. This helps your fellow Homeowners (and your Service Provider!)

For private feedback, write a review that goes ONLY to the Zaarly team. It isn’t posted publicly, and Service Providers won’t see it either.

Zaarly Service Reminders help you stay on top of your home maintenance! This is perfect for seasonal items like Irrigation Winterization, Pest Control, or Aeration. Your Service Provider will let you know if this is applicable for your job.
